The lobby is fine. Checking in was smooth and fast. I loved the room, very clean. Comfortable bed.
It was easy to locate. Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is clean and very accommodating. Workable meeting & conference rooms. I will definitely use this facility again. We had a great time for our LOD Pink Diamond Breast Cancer Awareness Dinner.
We called before booking and ask questions about parking. Specifically if there was room for a large truck and 30ft trailer. We were told yes no problem at all. That was full lie! There was no where we could fit. The trees in the parking areas are low so just driving through the parking areas was a feat. The girl at the front desk was rude and defensive saying they had an 18ft in there.. 18 is not 30+large truck. Room wasn't horrible but needs maintenance. Things falling apart, water stains on the ceiling, wallpaper had square peeling cuts in it. It looked clean but smelled like a musty old lady with way way too much flower perfume on that overwhelmed. The downstairs lobby was updated and it was in a good area hence the 2 stars given.
Hotel staff was fantastic. My room was fantastic and very clean and comfortable.
No breakfast with room otherwise good location great parking there are many hotels in this area
