Great buying experience, very nice employees always willing to help, they even put $10 in my gas tank before I drove off. I've been to many other used car dealerships and I've gotten the vibe of them trying to scam me , but not here at west international.
This was my first time purchasing a car and west international auto sales made this a very happy moment for me. when there was doubt in my mind they made it go away. they customer service is awesome. i would advise anyone that has had some stumbling blocks in life to visit this dealership.
No matter what you have to put as a down payment, they will squeeze you for more. I went in with $1000 and was told I couldn't get approved if I didn't put $500 more down. I didn't really have a choice so I agreed to a payment plan to pay it off. In the mean time I've had to make my regular car payment of $400 plus my insurance. Managed to pay half of the additional $500 but not all of it even after losing my job and getting another one. I still managed to pay. I haven't been able to afford my tag because I'm forced to pay my down payment balance off first. Even though I'm telling them I'll pay for my tag now so I don't have to risk driving with an expired temporary tag and pay off their balance next week. They said no, said they can't talk right now and to call when I have my payment. So now I have to Uber to work until next week and park my car to avoid getting my car impounded and possibly going to jail. Thanks Luis and West International. Like the $250 was really going to break you. Thanks for the customer service. Even after losing my job and being honest with you, I never asked you for charity. Just needed 6 days to catch up. Thanks for hanging up on me.
