What? No negative stars! My son ordered my flowers for Mother's Day from this HORRIBLE florist. They were supposed to be delivered on Saturday. Nothing. Sunday, at 9:30 PM, there was a knock at my door. TADA! Fast forward to Monday evening. See the pretty pictures? I called on Tuesday. Got a promise they would replace them that afternoon. Nothing. I called on Wednesday. Got another promise - including a call when they were almost here! Received that call at 11:56 AM. They are on their way! It is now after 2 PM. They could have walked. Yet, I still have no UN-ROTTED flowers. NEVER USE THIS PLACE!!
I called to order an arrangement for my mother in law and service was quick and professional. Tricia was very knowledgeable and patient. The arrangement was delivered successfully and prompt. The driver called to verify the address because I didn't give the complete address. In other words the driver took his time to deliver the flowers successfully. He could have went to his next delivery because I didn't give the complete address. Thank you and you have a lifetime customer.
One of the best places I've seen so far I they have beautiful fresh flowers and fast service they do same day delivery and have a beautiful shop that u must see. I love flowers shop most definitely recommended to friend family n the public
