No one is ever prepared to make funeral arrangements for a loved one. I was shaking the first day I came in to see Mrs.Carolyn. I have a death phobia and everything that has to do with it. I was afraid of walking into a location full of caskets etc. The office is cozy there are funeral items but there is no big caskets and such. Mrs.Carolyn was so professional and patient. She layed out and went over all options available without any hesitation. It felt as if I was in family environment. Because of her help and knowledge my mother's memorial turned out to be a beautiful ceremony. Therefor I highly recommend Wilcox Funeral home and truly appreciate their professional yet compassionate services.
