Wonderful experience. The staff, doctors and nurses were very helpful, respectful and courteous. Hospital very clean. Nothing bad to say of it. ER Staff is excellent.

The security guard on the 2nd floor is the NASTIEST RUDEST MOST UNPROFESSIONAL woman i have ever encountered. She literally speaks to you like you're the scum of the earth with the nastiest face i had to go back and ask for her name and had her write it down it's Therline Fertilien. i NEVER write reviews but i was literally so upset with the attitude she had i have to complain. When i walked in she spoke rudely asking who i was there for and what room was she in. Walking back into the waiting room she was looking at us with a dirty look when we get out the elevator. She was gossiping on the phone when i asked her a question about going to see my cousin who just delivered and i went down to get a pass and she STILL had an attitude after i did what she said. Her supervisor came in and asked if we had a complaint and said she wasn't on the phone with her so she lied about being on the phone with the supervisor and asking if i wanted to speak and complain !! I will be finding what company she works for and complaining this is unexceptable

Coming in as a first time mom not knowing what to expect and what would happen was scary. The nurses that were there for me every single day for 5 days dealing with a expecting mom, to delivering my the life I created, and helping me recover were outstanding. I didn't want to leave without at least 5 of them. The nurses in labor and delivery that helped me through all my pain I want to thank you so much and let you know you did so amazing caring for me. And the nurses who helped me every day with my new born when I had a million questions, when I self doubted, you picked me up and gave me the strength to keep going, especially Tatiana. You will be in my heart forever, you picked my spirits up after I felt I was broken down and I will never forget that. The breastfeeding consultants were absolutely incredible. They encourage you, not discourage and they have so much patience. I am truly so blessed and thankful that I stayed at this hospital. I can't remember all the nurses names but all of your faces are engraved in me and my husband's heart. Thank you so much Miramar memorial Hospital

My daughter was delivered here back in 2014 and I couldn’t imagine delivering any where else. I went into labor at 28 weeks and I was scared out of my mind. The staff was so professional. I finally delivered at 31weeks and my baby was in the NICU for 4weeks and the staff was phenomenal. Everything that was going on with my daughter was explained to me and everything that was being planned for her. There was nothing the staff did not explain to me or my husband. I loved the fact that the security always checked everybody that come in and out of the unit. If I have another child, this is the only place I would go

went there with a hand fracture with my husband and he needs a surgery the orthopedic that was on call that day didn't even saw him just the general doctor. now my husband is on pain and there is not doctor to see him because we dont have insurance and i have call the doctor on call and is supper expensive. heath care is over rated because doctor only care about money they forgot how a human being look like they just see dollar sign in all the people . very uspset and disappointed with the hospital that couldn't give a solution.
