By far the worst customer service ever! I had an appointment for a passport renewal and when I came in 5-10 mins early, the front desk worker (Which I believe was a security) was not so welcoming towards me and I only came in asking if I was at the right place! She then tells me that she will phone the people in charge of renewals (Which I doubt she did, and if she did, she only called once, assumed they were busy, and never called back). So I sat their waiting, PAST MY APPOINTMENT TIME, and when I got up to check with what was taking so long, she didn't allow me to speak and instantly gives me an attitude telling me that she tried calling already and no one picked up! Who does that?! Even if you know that someone is likely to ask something pertaining to the reason for their visit, doesn't mean you give them an attitude and answer with carelessness. So Then I sat down again waiting and decided to make a call to the office myself, fortunately, someone answered. By the time I came into the office, I realized that the security desk was right outside the office itself... with the doors wide open! So this security guard decides to call for someone that was like 10 ft away! I would not recommend getting this kind of service at this renewal office!
Very bad sysytem and bad service ,too uch work and very dihonest for opening a water service ,very deshonest too ,so much work to establish an account .worst city .
You are absolutely correct, never never,never answer the phones. Just recordings, who and where are the workers, on their cell.? Please have that home owner with the boat fill with water for the past year or two empty it. That's where the mosquitoes are breeding big time. It's just sitting in the lake. Where are the people that are supposed to clean and maintain the lake. We are PAYING extra just for living on that DARK MURKY WATER, the least you can do is CLEAN IT.

Worst service ever after Hurricane Irma you would think they would give people the opportunity to get the answers they need to rebuilding back there homes and lives from a disaster, but Nooo they have this long line today and they want to tell everyone they close this is foolishness and we not going no where until we get answers and the help we need. Rediculous service
