Merchandising was gloomy & unappealing, hardly an incentive to purchase. Displays were mostly dark colors when a splash of the great fall colors would have helped a lot to cheer the place up. Hardly any customers, practically empty..

Clean, helpful associates and great products! Always lookout for their sales and even when there isn't a sale I find good things for a great price. This location is always presented perfectly.
Why is Kohls promoting Freeform teen filth (fomerly abc family) channel ? Dropping flyers in shopping bags :/ ? So tacky! The commercials in between ....too grown and secular....OK store, poor marketing strategy
It’s a clean store, and it’s well maintained, but everything else about shopping here is horrible. I’m standing right now in the customer serve line while the associate deals with a difficult customer. The associate is fine, but it’s taking forever!! One customer. Can we not get another employee to help with this growing line?? This exact same thing happened when I shopped here a few months ago. I actually dreaded it, but came here as a last resort to buy something for my son. Now that outfit didn’t work so I’m here suffering in customer service all over again. The prices are just not good enough to deal with this.
