Great Marshalls has a lot of really cool stuff and two of the hottest male cashiers I have ever seen
Extremely slow cashiers and only two are ever helping customers. Found a cute dress all the same that was worth waiting so long for.
I bought a pair of shoes two weeks ago at $50, and today's price was $40, I asked the manager if I could get the diference refunded instead of returning the brand new pair, she refused saying that she couldn't do it because it was not fair. Even though, tomorrow it would be place back on the shoe rack with the updated price. I ended up returning them!!! It didn't make any sense, but does how they work! Unbelievable!!!
I shopped here or shall I say attempted to shop here. I went to the shoe department browsed around did not really see anything I liked. When I went to the skincare/lotions etc. department that is when things got a little funky. They send this woman out she pretends to be organizing the products but she was watching me. Clearly she was sent to make sure I do not steal anything. I go to another department after about 5 minutes another woman comes by with a clipboard and she was watching me too. I was appalled! How dare these people! What kind of crackpot management/security outfit do they have going on there?? What happened to customers service? What about asking a customer can I help you? The entire time I was there not one associate asked me if I needed any assistance.
I left and went to Ross, I spent my $200.00 next door. I will never step a foot in another Marshalls ever, you are not the only game in town. Your prices have increased drastically and you have become more expensive than a major department store. Needless to say I will not be back.
